• WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We know you want your new DSY products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 1 business days after the order is placed for non-custom items. If you ordered Sunday – Thursday, your order will ship the next business day. If you ordered after 9am on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays and sales. Our warehouse processes orders 5 days a week, and they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment.

Standard shipping time is 1-3 business days within Trinidad and 3 -5 business days to Tobago , and this does not include the warehouse processing times mentioned above.

• HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible. We dispatch all orders in 1-2 business day from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that all times are estimates and depend on the courier service delivery time. The estimated delivery day starts when the order is shipped. i.e. it excludes Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

2. TT Essential Couriers 1–3 Business days within Trinidad.
3. Prestige Couriers 1-2 Business days to selective locations within Trinidad.

• ANY DELIVERIES DONE ON SATURDAYS?

Deliveries are only conducted on Monday through Friday. Only during PEAK times, such as Christmas. Saturdays deliveries will commerce.

• HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

Purchases under $200TT has a standard delivery fee of $20. All purchases $200TT and above qualifies for FREE DELIVERY.

• WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a Tracking Number to track your DSY package. Still can’t find it? Just pop in your email address and order number here, and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. You can also check your order status by logging into your differentlystyledyou.com account.

• WHAT DELIVERY/ COURIER SERVICES ARE USED?

Orders will be shipped via, TT Essential Couriers, Prestige Couriers, or TTPOST.

• CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Differently Styled You is a solely based online store. There aren’t any Pick up locations at the moment.
