WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept online transfer and bank deposit to Republic Bank, Paywise, Wipay Payments Cash / Linx On Delivery and PayPal.
There are some restrictions to Cash on delivery. Custom photo cases and Custom Gem cases, Payments are processed before customization of items
Coupons
- HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Good news: It’s super easy! When checking out, enter your code in the “Coupon Code” box under the “Order Summary” section. Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.
- WILL MY COUPON CODE WORK ON SALE ITEMS?
If your cart is filled with only sale items, a coupon code cannot be applied to your order. If your cart has both sale items and regular-priced styles, a coupon code can be applied. If DSY is running a special sale, we’ll let you know specifically whether additional discounts can or can’t be used.
- I FORGOT TO USE MY COUPON CODE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No big deal! Just email us to request to add a coupon code here. Make sure to include your order number, ship-to name, the email address used to place the order and the coupon code you want to apply.
HEADS UP! We cannot adjust any prices after 24 HOURS the order has been submitted.
- CAN MULTIPLE COUPON CODES BE USED AT ONCE?
Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time. If you have questions about how to redeem a coupon code, just see above question.
- CAN I APPLY THE SAME COUPON TO ANOTHER ORDER?
Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

- CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CUSTOM ORDER?
We start to create your personalised case as soon as we receive your order. Any changes that you require need to be emailed to us immediately to differentlystyled@gmail.com or WhatsApp us @ 868-388-7609. We will endeavour to meet your amendments, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made due to processing and dispatch times.
- HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Call or WhatsApp us 868-388-7609 and we’ll cancel the order!

1 – WHAT COLOURS CAN YOU MONOGRAM IN?
We can monogram in Gold, Rose Gold, Pink and Silver. We also offer Blind embossing (meaning we indent the leather, leaving no colour)
2 – WHAT COLOURS DO YOU PRINT ON FOR YOUR CASES?
There are over 8 different colours to choose from. Please design your case online to give youan indication of what it would look like.
3 – WHAT FONT SIZES CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
DSY offers two sizes for monogramming. A 24 Point and 36 Point size. The smaller size is perfect for smaller phone cases such as iPhone 6/6s/7/8. The larger size is better suited for plus size phone cases and leather bags.
With our printing service, we try to fit your chosen name as accurately as we can onto the case, however the final result will be up to our discretion due to the name being designed before it is printed onto your case.
4 – WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE IN ACRYLIC?
Acrylic comes in Gold, Silver, Rose Gold or Black
5 – IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY LETTERS THAT CAN BE MONOGRAMMED ON ANY ITEM?
This is dependent on what sort of personalisation/size/style of case you have chosen. Please design your case online to give you an indication of what it would look like.
6 – CAN MY NAME/INITIALS BE MONOGRAMMED ANYWHERE ON MY ITEM?
We offer personalisation that is centred on the top, middle and bottom of your chosen style.
7 – HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE?
All items are processed as soon as we receive your order and dispatched within 1-2 days.
